Terms of Use
By using My Translator Pro you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use My Translator Pro. If you use My Translator Pro on behalf of the organization, such as your employer, you agree to these terms of the organization and you have the right to bind the organization to these terms. In this case, "you" and "your" will refer to the organization.
We may revise the terms from time to time. Changes may be posted to our blog and our application, so check regularly. The latest version will always be posted on our terms page. By continuing to use My Translator Pro after the revision comes into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using My Translator Pro.
1. Your information and responsibilities
To use My Translator Pro, you have the option to create an account through My Translator Pro or through a third-party service like Facebook. In the latter case, your My Translator Proaccount will be created using the information you provide to the service, such as your name and email address and other personal information that your privacy Settings on the service allow us to access.
You may use My Translator Pro only when you are over 13 years old and not prohibited from using My Translator Pro according to the applicable law.
It is your responsibility to protect the password used to access My Translator Pro. Whether or not you authorize this activity, you are responsible for any activity in your account. You should immediately notify My Translator Pro of unauthorized use of your account.
By using My Translator Pro, you can provide us with text, graphics, images and other information (" your content "). You retain full ownership of the content. My Translator Pro does not claim any ownership of your content. However, you also take full responsibility for your content. You indicate that you own or own all necessary rights to the content and that your use of the content will not infringe, misappropriate or infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, or promote or privacy rights, or result in a violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the content.
2.My Translator Pro intellectual property right
My Translator Pro and its licensors have exclusive ownership of My Translator Pro, including all relevant intellectual property rights. You agree not to delete, change or hide any copyright, trademark, service mark or other ownership or notice contained or attached in My Translator Pro.
My Translator Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy and display TMy Translator Pro only when you allow My Translator Pro to be used.
3. General prohibition
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:
Detect, scan or test any My Translator Pro system or network vulnerabilities or breach any security or certification measures;
Visit, tamper with or use non-public areas of My Translator Pro, My Translator Pro computer system or My Translator Pro provider's technology delivery system;
Decrypt, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software provided by My Translator Pro;
Interfere or attempt to interfere with any user, host or network access, including sending virus, overloading, flooding, spam or email bombing My Translator Pro;
Visit or search My Translator Pro or download any intellectual property from My Translator Pro by using any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, etc.) other than the interface we publicly support;
Plant malware or distribute malware using My Translator Pro;
Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
Sending change, deceptive or false source identification information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
Publish or disseminate any content that is fraudulent or misleading or infringes upon the rights of others;
Impersonating or misrepresenting your relationship with any person or entity;
Invasion of privacy;
Violation of any applicable law or regulation; either
Any other person is encouraged or permitted to do any of the above.
4. Termination
We may at any time at our discretion suspend My Translator Pro or terminate your visit to and use of My Translator Pro without further notice. For example, if you do not comply with these terms, we may suspend or terminate your use or use My Translator Pro in any way which may cause us to assume legal liability or disturb others' use of My Translator Pro. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to notify you in advance and help you retrieve the data, but there may be certain circumstances (for example, repeated or flagrant violation of these terms, court order or danger to other users) where we can immediately suspend. You can cancel your account at any time by sending email to Tyhb083161344@aliyun.com.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The "intellectual property" of My Translator Pro or our licensor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we expressly reject any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of trade or use. We do not guarantee that My Translator Pro will meet your requirements or provide on an uninterrupted, safe or error-free basis. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, authenticity, integrity or reliability of any of our intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of liability
Every My Translator Pro or any other involved in creating, producing or delivering My Translator Pro (including our licensor) party, are not any incidental, special, disciplinary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer system failure or damage, or as a result of these terms or use or not use My Translator Pro or our licensor's intellectual property rights and the cost of replacement service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), My Translator Pro will be informed of the possibility of such damage, whether in product liability or any other legal theory, whether or not the limited remedy set forth herein has lost its basic purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
In no event shall My Translator Pro's total liability to My Translator Pro for these terms or the use or inability to use My Translator Pro or access your content exceed the amount paid to My Translator Pro by you using My Translator Pro or us $20 (us $20) if you have no payment obligation from the applicable My Translator Pro. The damage limit listed above is the basic element of the foundation between My Translator Pro and you.
7. Governing law
These provisions and their related conduct will be governed by Austrian law without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
8. General terms
These terms constitute the entire and only understanding and agreement between My Translator Pro and you regarding My Translator Pro and supersede and supersede any and all previous understandings or agreements, verbal or written, between My Translator Pro and you regarding My Translator Pro, provided that if you become a party to the agreement before or after reviewing this term, The terms and conditions of the business agreement will apply to any conflict clauses herein. Any waiver of such right or provision shall be valid only after written form and signed by a duly authorized representative of My Translator Pro. Unless expressly provided in these terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these terms will not affect its other remedies under these terms or otherwise.
